December Randomness
Lots of time being outside. Love this weather.
Started a fun new tradition with the kids this year. Unwrap a new Christmas/winter book each night of December and read it under the tree. They loved doing this. It was alot of fun.
My cute parents started a new mission working at the conference center in Salt Lake. They are so cute. So glad they get to spend some time together. They are such great examples to me.
Playdates with friends are always fun.
Peyton asked me to take her picture in front of this tree every single time we walked into preschool.Lots of yummy holiday treats. I have great little helpers.
Crazy kids stealing my phone and finding LOTS of awesome pics like this.
I love moments like this when the kids are all having fun together and being sweet.
Lots of days of sidewalk chalk. We love December in TX. We sat in our chairs, did homework and played outside alot this month.
And my tired belly enjoyed this a time or two. Perfect. Funyuns are like my road trip snack. But I totally craved and indulged on these durning pregnancy.
If I sit real steal and don't move, maybe mom will let me sit here instead of my car seat.
I asked Peyton to come brush her teeth and this is how she showed up. She seriously kills me.
Loves spending time with Dad after the girls go down. This is his happiest time fo day.
Hallie begged me to put in the sponge curlers. Obviously I was a little out of practice. ha ha. Luckily it died down.
Peyton loves going to Primary.
Peyton gets eczema pretty bad sometimes. I came into the family room and she had her shirt pulled up and was rubbing her skin back and forth against the tree. She said, "I found the perfect back scratcher mom!" Silly girl.
More preschool pics per request of Miss Pey. Loves taking pics on the bench and with her friend Brielle.
He kills me. Decemeber he was a little, ok maybe alot obsessed with the Ipad (don't worry, now that I'm not pregnant, I kicked that habit to the curb :)).
Loves going to the gym. Kindof a creepy santa.
Visiting Santa at our church Christmas party.
The girls were so excited to have Christmas break. I loved having them home with me. They made daily lists of all the things they wanted to play. So cute. I like that eat in #8. All about priorities.
My sweet little Ky. Loved having him be my little sidekick when Peyton and Hallie were at school.
Begged to have a few sleepovers. Peyton always posing.
It's 5 pm. Hair has not been touched and still in pjs. And we totally rode bikes around the block. That's how we role alot these days. Too sick and tired to care. And Peyton says she's an expert at catching butterfly's. Her strategy...run them over with your bike and then they're super easy to pick up!
Love getting fun packages from Grandparents.
The girls kept saying...I think we have enough presents. We don't need anymore. They had fun sorting them all out and putting them in specific spots.
Best buds. Kyler loves climbing up in Peytons bed and telling her goodnight.
I was the Room Parent for Hallie's class. We had a super fun Winter Holiday party. I think all the kids really enjoyed it. We played bingo, had snowball fights/contests, made a polar express train, and a christmas card. And ate lots of yummy treats.
My pinterst attempt. They kids loved them.
About 33 weeks. Growing belly. Ready for him to come out.
Kyler loves to find fun little seats to sit in.
We went to see the lights in some little city. The neighborhoods really go to town! They have big awards and contests. It was fun to see.
Who doesn't love cleaning windows in their underwear?
They just love their dad. His idea of babysitting. Give every kid an electronic device and get some much needed rest. Poor guy.
Hitting the makeup counter at Target is always a necessity.
He swore he'd never put this damn shelf up again last time. Love my husband. Looks like I won the battle.
Christmas may have been a bust, but we had a much better time the next day! Trip the Krispy Kreme is where it began. Always a better day when Dad's around too.
My New Year's Eve dates. Because cleary Aaron having to take call on Thanksgiving and Christmas wasn't enough. Thought one more holiday would be good too. We had fun night! Played some games, watched a little Barbie movie, had a little sparkling soda...stayed up way too late. I love my cute little kids.
